Excellent food from the pre-theatre menu. The crab cakes were delicious and everyone else on our table had the salmon. We were pleasantly surprised how big the portions were. I had the salmon for my main course and then the strawberry tart. But what really makes this restaurant top class was the service. Special mention to our server Mathiell who was one of the very best.

It was a five-star evening. I had dinner at Louie for the first time with my girlfriends to celebrate after what had been a challenging year. We were warmly greeted by James at the reception, who was incredibly charming, and led to our table by another lovely gentleman. Our little cosy corner table was perfect for a girly goss and chinwag. We shared a few dishes from the menu which were all delicious but I'll go back again for the Gumbo, Chouquettes & Fries! The food and wine waiters were attentive and made us feel extra special. After dinner, we headed up to the Alligator bar, to enjoy the live music. Such a cool and stunning space with an old world charm. I sang and danced along with my Palmier Picante in hand, recommended by one of the cocktail waitresses. Easily my new favourite spot in London!

We visited on a Wednesday evening between 6-8pm, and had the most magical night. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we were made to feel special. We were looked after the whole night by the staff, who made sure that we were happy and the food/drink was to our liking. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive. We had come for cocktails and desserts, which were both spectacular. The mixologist conjured up some fabulous cocktails for us that weren't on the menu, and the desserts were beyond incredible! We ordered all four of the desserts, as we couldn't make up our mind to which one we wanted. All four dishes were magnificent, compliments to the pastry chef - he certainly knows his stuff. It was hard to decide which were our favourite, at a push I'd say the pavlova and cheesecake. We'll definitely be going back for more very soon, and will be recommending it to others too! My only request would be that they offered Cafe Gourmand, so that we could have a little bit of everything on the menu without having to actually order everything!

We had an absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Louie last night. It was, without a doubt, one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making us feel very well taken care of. Every course was sublime, so it's hard to pick a favorite. The evening was made even more special when Head Chef Geanina came out to greet us and offered her dessert recommendations. To top it all off, we had a reserved table at The Alligator bar, which is truly a hidden gem. We were entertained by the super talented Tom Waters, making it a perfect end to a fabulous evening.

Great service, great food & atmosphere. Had British & Irish Oysters, Lobster roll, tuna starter dish -which were great. Steak main was good too l. Discovered live jazz upstairs which was cosy and very cool. Team were great and they really looked after us. Can’t fault it & strongly recommend it.

One of my fav places in London - stunning stylish design, amazing dishes - the whole lobster is to die for, and great service. Thursdays top floor has some amazing dj musical vibes going on with a nice crowd.
